Passion flower plant care

Good Morning 
I grew these passion flowers from seed last year do I need to prune them? Feed them? Thanks in advance for any help

    They don't really like being in pots,they are huge climbers. are they the' standard'mauve ones?
     I would cut them back to about 6 inches,pretty much everything in our garden gets chicken pellets as feed. Lightly dug in,I always take off the top couple of inches from the pots and add some new compost

    Thanks for help. Do I cut it back now or after frost has past?
