  Is it a type of Comfrey like this creeping form?

  I knew it reminded me of something when I looked at the pic earlier but I couldn't think what! Comfrey! Mine is a variegated form but sometimes it reverts and it looks like that.

  Easy enough to dig up if you need to reduce the size of the clump. Ideal for bees at this of year when there aren't many flowers about.

  You can make a very smelly plant feed from it if you wish!

  I have worked as a Gardener for 24 years. My latest garden is a new build garden on heavy clay.
