Beech Hedge Watering

Hi All,

Looking some advice re watering my new beech hedge planted in late January.

Giving it dry all week here in NI so wondering should I be watering them? And how often?

They are 60-90cm in height.

    Watering at this time of year depends on your local conditions, but generally, all newly planted shrubs need to be watered in and followed up with regular watering, especially when no rain forecast. Being it is late March, I would water now. Half a bucket each shrub every week or every two weeks. Increase up in April/May using a full bucket each plant.
