Watering Blueberries

    Brilliant, thank you @Pete.8!

    I was a bit concerned that 'vinegared water' run off would upset the surrounding soil. The container with the blueberries in is in the middle of a flower bed so I was concerned a bit.

    Discovered that as long as I don't go mad (like using vinegar to kill weeds) the 'vinegar' would be gone in days. 

    So the conclusion here; use rainwater where possible, and use vinegared water when needs must. It's got to be better than watering with high alkaline water.

    If you’ve not bought your water butt yet, I noticed Lidl/Aldi (I can never remember which is which) had 220 litre ones for sale last week for about £35. I don’t know if that’s a bargain, but it probably is.
