Jasminoid Trachersperlum

My jasminoids has been very healthy for five years but this month looks very withered. It's in a shady part of garden which gets very wet. Could this be the issue? Any advice on how to solve this issue please ?

The wall will be warmer than the fence, but the aspect will also be a factor in the condition of the plants  :)
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

They look better than mine after the winter. They recover when the warm weather comes.
