I think you can liquid feed weekly , as the flowers die down in both cases. Continue for several weeks afterwards and then let the foliage die down naturally.
They don't need fertiliser while growing When bulbs are finished and dying back, you can give them a slow release food to help build the bulbs up. BF&Bone or similar. It also benefits them to have some of the soil mix replaced each year if they're staying potted. Crocus tend to be fairly easy though, and a layer of fresh compost would probably do
