How to hire lawncare expert?

I want to hire a gardener who is responsible to take care of my lawn. Please suggest me where I can find the best lawn care expert at the best price.

Depends where you live. Not much point in me suggesting someone from Glasgow if you live in Southend, or further afield   :)
I thought you were putting down plastic grass?

The pattern's always the same isn't it? I'm happy to give the benefit of the doubt, as I did yesterday, but when it walks like a duck.... ;)

There are big companies like Greenthumb etc.  who will come and do seasonal feeding, weed treatment etc but I don't know what the prices are like and you'd still have to mow it in between. If you want someone to do everything including mowing, it's probably best to look locally, ask around locally for recommendations, or maybe ask on Nextdoor if you have it. A quick google gave me half a dozen lawn care/garden maintenance people in a 10 mile radius of me so you might find similar where you are.
Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained

I'm glad you decide to try and save the grass rather than go down the artificial route straight away :)

I suggest you have a talk with your neighbours if you can, personal recommendation is the best way .
Failing that as @JennyJ says ,Nextdoor or Google may be of help.
