Does anyone know what these are

Good afternoon

I was repotting my bedding plants and in one of the pots I found these



There were 5 in total.  I have never tried to grown any type of veg.  Can't think what they may be.

    Yes I did, totally forgot. I need to write things down.  I bought plants from Aldi last year.  Can I replant them now.  What should I do with them.  They are very small.  Thank you

    Unless they have the remains of a stalk on them, they won't grow.

    I'm guessing the long  root looking thing isn't the stalk then

    You  probablycould have if you'd taken them out whole and dried them off. Maybe next year😊
