If so, it should be the camera manufacturer that allows to disable this. But I suppose most phones don't have that setting to disable "rotating". The forum software does exactly what it should do and uses the camera setting, but the one who takes the image needs to rotate the camera by 180 degrees. The same with 90 degrees rotated images that you can find here often. Smartphones are designed to take images upright, which is an annoyance.
