Kentia palm pale leaves

Hi, my palm seems to be very pale even though it's growing. It's not too near the window but in the morning will get some strong sun. I have tried to only water when quite dry as I killed my other palm by over-watering. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

    Have you considered checking to see if it requires re potting?  Have you fed it at all ?

    I haven't fed it recently because I thought it's winter. I repotted last year.
