  • Think I would have to jump on the Nigella bandwagon .It could be a bit early but who knows these days with global warming.
    I have worked as a Gardener for 24 years. My latest garden is a new build garden on heavy clay.

    My Nigella is already 2-3" high.

    I've got larkspur that look like that self seeded in the garden at the moment,  could that be it?
  • You could try gently thinning them out and plant a few nearby. Nigella hates to be moved so that might be a clue.
