Help IDing a bearded iris variety
Hi,
Looking for some bearded iris knowledge! I was given a chunk of one a few years back, and would love to know it's variety, if it's possible to tell from a photo. It was an elderly man who gave it to me, who's wife was the gardener rather than him, but she died about 14 years ago or so now, so it's a variety that was available at least that long ago (but possibly much longer, no idea how long they'd been growing it for). Here's a photo:
I don't know much about irises so I have no idea if it's possible to ID varieties from years ago, but it's always worth asking the question.
