Have just purchased this and was wondering what would be good to grow....has 3 sections...

Your post is in the Fruit & Veg section so is that what you are wanting to grow?
Once the seeds have germinated do you have somewhere to grow them on?
How much space do you have?
What sort of veg do you like?
They are other considerations too but this info would be a start.
