If the underside of a leaf feels soft and downy then probably a foxglove.
If it's coarse and hairy, then maybe alkanet

They are Foxgloves.

Although - what's under it is a weed. The geum urbanum [wood avens]
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

They have a habit of seeding quite happily
Whether you want to keep them or not is another matter
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
