Pruning, yes or no?

HeHello, do I need to prune these mini orange bushes?  at least that's what I think they are. 
If so, how much do I remove?

    It's called a Solanum pseudocapsicum (winter cherry) and the berries are toxic. It's a cousin of deadly nightshade

    But basically pinch out or snip back the tops of the long shoots to keep it under control.
