Of your latest pics the third one looks like Euonymus Jean Hugues

Thanks for getting back with more close-up photos.
Photo 1 & 2 looks like some type of Oak. There are many.
Photo 3 - I agree with others, it's a Euonymus Japonicus 'Jean Hugues'
Photo 4 - Looks like a Holly, Ilex x Altaclerensis. Around the left side possibly some type of Cotoneaster shrub.
Photo 5 - Not totally sure but could be an Olive, or an un-pruned Myrtle. More photos and maybe some of the undersides might help.

There's no photo for your 'Camellia' post of 7th Feb @LornaP  :)
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

    Sorry, here is the "Camellia"

Thank you @Borderline, that's really helpful. Having an Oak sounds worrying - or are there really small ones?

LornaP please may I suggest that you start a new thread for any other plants.
Gets a bit messy/confusing  having to count pics.

    5.  Looks like a rather sad specimen of Prunus × subhirtella 'Autumnalis'
Pic 6 and 7.  Definitely an Oak sp. Most grow huge..cannot think of a small one.
    8. Agree Euonymus. Euonymus japonicus 'Jean Hugues' looks good.
    9. Agree Ilex..a holly.. Ilex x Altaclerensis...looks a good bet.
    10.
    11. Need a close up to show the buds...maybe Rhododendron.Doesn't look like a Camellia.

Looks like a rhodo to me too. Not a Camellia anyway.  :)
