Mixed fertilizers

I am relatively new to gardening and in early spring I plan to feed the following: Dhalia, Azalea, Rhododendron, Camillia etc. I have the following feeds and I wondered should I using a specific one for specific plant or maybe a make a mix to use on all. Thanks in advance.

Sorry but I feed my camellias, rhodos with special food but it's locked in the shed at the bottom of the garden so can't say what's in it. (It's 11-18pm and very dark).
