Need help/advice with my Dieffenbachia please

Good morning,

I am a bit worried about my Dumb Cane’s evolution. I’ve spotted some marks who were there when I get it two weeks ago, as you can see in the picture, but I think it’s getting a bit worse. I’ve experienced a delivery with a peace Lilly infected by a fungal infection, the issue looks similar but I can’t see no evidence of it except the marks on the leaves, no white spots, or anything. I get the plant with the cuts you can see on some photos. I didn’t do that. It has no bugs or haven't been bitten by anything.
Is there something wrong with it or is there something I can do please? :(
Thank you

Was it wrapped tightly when it arrived as leaves look damaged

You do have to be very careful how you handle this plant. Suggest you Google if unsure.

Yes it was wrapped tightly, in my opinion. I've done many research on Google about how to take care of that plant, but in that case scenario, I really don't know what the plant suffering about. If it is "just" damaged leaves or anything worse. The shop I've purchased the plant suggests that the plant has a leaf spot or some kind of fungal infection. I am a bit concern about that as I will get a Cartharis Medallion tomorrow which is supposed to sit next to that plant, and I really dont want to spread any infection.

They advised me to cut the damaged leaves but that represents a lot of them. I never had any tropical plant so I am a bit confused about what to do here.

Looking at this photos, the brown spot are matching about where the leaves are folded

If I remember well, that stains wasnt there when i get it

If the cells in the leaves were damaged during transit it may take a while for the damage to be seen as the leaf starts to decay. Obviously there could be more than one thing going on. I think if you purchased two weeks ago the grower should replace or refund. One leaf does look bent and the mark on the stem could be caused by another decaying leaf.
