Moving Nandina

I am thinking of possibly moving a Nandina, from memory the variety is "Obsession". 
Just wondered if any forum members have moved one, best time to do it, etc.

    Very easy to move. 
    I have moved ones here.
    Try to take as much soil as possible when you dig yours up.
    Mine didn't even notice the move.

    I need to move mine out of the pot it's been in for 15 years, think it's time I planted it in the garden! Somewhere!
