I've been thinking the same thing @Balgay.Hill!  My Strelitzia has produced two large leaves over the last two months, I decided to feed it last week as it just seemed logical.  I wouldn't feed anything that is dormant until Spring though, it's a waste.  I'd check on line for a care guide for individual plants for reassurance.  (I usually check several sites!)

Another vote for the Focus range of fertilisers.  Some people seem to find the lack of a dropper on the bottle problematic.
Luckily I've got a few of these syringes and rubber adapter bungs to fit a variety of bottles. The chemist provides them with medicines for the kids but I assume they're available to buy. You don't necessarily need the adapter if you have a long enough syringe that fits down the neck.

If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.

Give them a 1/2 strength feed.
The sun is not strong enough yet for plants to be actively growing, but a 1/2 strength feed now and then will keep them topped-up until Spring arrives
They are by a window, but also receiving artificial LED light, so that is probably why they are growing. I'll give them a 1/2 strength feed next time. Thanks.
