Good luck! My only other suggestion is to feed them a bit less than it says on the bottle. Your light is no match for the real sun, so your plants will not need as much fertilizer.

i hope this is correct? il get it after the weekend, This is only use for flowering/fruit? or can it be used to stabilize roots in the start of a plant too?
i assume il have to mix it out with water or should i just throw the fertilizer directly into the soil, because when i used the chili fertilizer before i feelt i wasted alot as the water fertilizer mix will go trough drainage holes rather then into the soil but im not a expert on fertilizer and plants so i might be wrong on how it works
Yes the fertilizer should be diluted with water - rainwater is best for all plants if you have it. Always let the water you use come up to room temperature before using it. Cold water will shock the roots. On the bottle i think it says - makes 200 litres so you would add 5ml of fertilizer to 1 litre of water - so one teaspoon in a litre of water. You should use it about once every 7-10 days. It's good that the excess comes out of the bottom of the pots, this helps to wash away any build-up of chemicals in the compost. I always soak pots thoroughly so that the compost gets flushed out. This fertilizer should not be used until you plants start to flower.

Maybe, if the temp is always the same and the daylight hours the same, you could shorten the 'day' and drop the temperature a bit to simulate the seasons changing. And mist them a bit with spray? They certainly look very healthy in their Northern habitat

The temprature goes down too 22-23C when the lamps goes off, when lamps are on its 26-28C and 30-32c if i use the 6400k flower lamp that emits only light that is good for flowering which i dont use so often as i feel it becomes to much light then so without a heater or lamps in the room it will fast get to cold, the room have a direct ventilation towards the real world without any way to control the airflow yet, im trying to find someone with electric license in the area to install a fan in the ventilation rather then just a open hole so without any form of heat or thermostat to make sure it stays 22c it will fast jump down to 10-15c and even lower depending on weather outside.
and yeah the light timer have been the same everyday since i started 2 years ago im a bit scared to touch the timer as i struggled a bit to get it to work properly the first time but il take it down 2 hours if the flowering wont help after ive tried fertilizer
but since everything i do is artificial wouldnt it be possible to kind of manipulate the plant to grow as normal with how the timer is or is it impossible to change a plants instinct if you get what i mean?
Kinda like changing their programming, only change i guess they get is when we humans change our clock 1 hour back or forward then the timer will get 1 hour difference but it will still be 8 hours off and 16 on
it gets pretty damp in the room if i leave the door closed about 80% humidity depending on weather outside so im not sure if spraying them would help at the moment.
