What is the feathery lighter pink geum ? Beautiful!

  • Spent this past weekend digging in and planting up a new bed, inluding a double-trunked trachy and an echium. Still lots to do!

@Fire That’s Geum Bohemia Pink, or something along those lines. It’s a low growing one.

@TheGreenMan I agree - I have virtually nothing open yet, and I am in the supposedly warm South West! Can't help feeling it is my incompetence...

@pitter-patter magnificent pot for the London Pride - looks great!

Collecting Pulmonaria seeds - with the reusable vegetable bags from a supermarket.

Works like a charm, as normally I never manage to collect this kind of seeds and they germinate in wrong places.
But not so with such bags:

And the good thing is, they can be used for vegetables again after the seeds collected and stored safely in paper bags. Truly reusable  B)

I slice off my pulmonaria to the ground now  and in a  couple of months, when they sprout, dig out the ones with the boring leaves and nurture the ones that appeal.

    In London. Keen but lazy.
