It's best to move them around now or before they start active growth in spring. If the ground isn't frozen then between now and March should be fine. I've moved quite a few and they seem to do well provided you get as much root as possible and keep it watered during dry spells.
Thank you so much @thevictorianzFH0qqPW I will endeavour to do that in the foreseeable future as digging at the moment with my "rib" may not be adviseable. Especially if @punkdoc is reading this!!
