Privacy notice

Through frustration I have not used forum for a while as every few second the "we value your privacy" notice keeps coming on screen.
How can I stop this - any ideas

    You can try scrolling right to the bottom of this page and click on manage cookies, select object all and save.  
    It will pop up again every so often though.

    I don't know about privacy and phones. I use an iPad.
