Can anyone tell me what this red stemmed and red leafed plant is?

Can anyone tell me what this plant is? Slightly waxy leaf, the stem is also rusty red. The leaves are gorgeous when the light shines through them. Let's you know immediately when it needs more water as it wilts quite spectacularly.
