Potted plants

I have just discovered sweet pea seeds buried around the rims of several fushia plants. They are in a greenhouse at the moment , I have never had this problem before and as far as I can tell   the sweet peas I did plant are all accounted for .  Any ideas would be great as I am at a complete loss .
