Which colour climbing rose would go with this vine?

Good afternoon. I am not very good at matching colours. This is a vine called Brant, I would like to plant a rambler or climber rose with it. What colour rose would you go for? It is for a south facing pergola. Thank you.

When the rose is in flower the vine will be mostly green, except in autumn when the grapes turn black. I think black goes with everything so just choose a colour you like.

I live in SW France much of the time, there are a lot of vines south of me (Bergerac) and west of me (Bordeaux). The French often plant roses at the ends of the rows of vines. Not only does it look pretty but roses and grapes catch the same sorts of illnesses, but roses get ill first, so it is a guide as to when to treat your vines against disease.

Thank you Busy-Lizzie. So I can go for red then.
Interesting what you say about roses and grapes. I didn't know.
Je te souhaite un bon réveillon et une Bonne Année.
