That reminded me, when we had the smallholding we had a gander who stood in front of the french windows and pecked at his own reflection for most of the day during the spring ... shovels were needed to remove the goose poo from the path ...

We have had a green woodpecker tapping at his reflection in the French windows. There is also one road we park in where our wing mirrors are regularly investigated by great tits. Might be collecting spiders though.
