Help with id of bird feathers. Thanks

Found these feathers near the hedge. I think maybe from something the size of a blackbird. Not sure of id. Can anyone help? Thanks.

    Thanks Dove. I have taken another photo including a 5p piece.

    They seem too small for a pheasant. I will collect some more.

    Trouble is you'll need an 'idea' what bird has the plumage, but it's good for confirming.

    You'll need to turn your 'Google Translate' on though as I think it's in German, unless of course there's a similar site in English.

    Song Thrush, Turdus philomelos, I believe.

    A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

    Oh, what a nuisance.  I did find more spotty feathers, and thought that it might have been a Redwing. I have seen them about but not a Song Thrush.  Thanks Bob, and everyone else that replied.
