I use my iPhone most of the time … now I have one with a slightly larger screen than my old one it’s so much easier … especially for photos. I do use my laptop sometimes particularly if I want to type a long post as I touch-type quickly, but I use my phone most of the time.
Of course I know I can always call on the help of my relatives if needed 🕊 🕊 🕊 😉

It amazes me too that so many people use their phones to access the internet. I forget that I can do it with mine. If I were desperate I could but to be honest nothing in my life is so urgent that it won't wait until I get home.
I use an all-in-one desktop, it has a 23 inch screen and a wireless keyboard and mouse making it easy to see and navigate most sites and this forum! It was also a good back up when my TV broke down recently making catchup TV watchable. I don't have (or want) a smartphone or an iPad - I have a simple mobile phone in my car in case of an emergency, but that's where it stays! I prefer limited contact channels - especially when out walking or gardening!
