As it's been frosted, cut off all the frosted parts to healthy stems.
I have a collection of scented pelargoniums which spend the winter in a south facing cold frame or cold greenhouse. The majority survive the winter. Keep them very dry; I only water mine over the winter if they begin flagging during mild winter spells and then only a little. I also bring a few inside the house and keep in front of a SE window. This is both for insurance and also because I've run out of cold frame space.
Based in Sussex, I garden to encourage as many birds to my garden as possible.
