Bulbs already up in November

Most of my spring flowering bulbs - daffodils, snowdrops, tulips etc. in the garden and in pots are already up 1 - 2 inches. 
Surely this is abnormally early - I am concerned the forecast bad weather will harm them
Should I cover them?

    No, they're fine.
    Perfectly normal when there's been mild weather. They'll slow down as the weather changes  :)
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....



    I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
