Chinese Snowball Viburnum

Unfortunately my Dad did an overzealous prune on my Viburnum and it hasn’t bloomed for a couple years. Is it best to dig it up and start again, or persevere with it?

    I'm not an expert on Viburnum, but l think it may take at least 2 years for it to flower again if it's been cut really hard back.
    I assume it hasn't been touched since ?

    Thanks for your reply Anni, no I haven't touched it, but it's quite 'leggy' so I was tempted, but I decided to leave it. I'll see how it does next year. Thank you for the welcome! 🤗
