Lovely hedgehog visiting our garden patio.
I'm thinking of building him a house and provideing food. I read somewhere meat based food for cats or dogs is great for them. Fine.
Question:
how do we ensure the food we provide will not attract rats instead?
I fear the answer is that we can't be choosy on whom comes to our garden...

Hog biscuits in one of these is the answer 😁 away from the hog house or edges of garden. Dry biscuits don't seem to be as enticing to mice and rats, nor do cats eat it ( which will happen to food left in the open)
