Moving lily bulbs

Hi, would appreciate some advice. We planted some tree lily bulbs in the border  last year which did really well but have decided they're in the wrong place so need to move them. Question is, should we risk it now in mid November? Would we be better off digging them up and storing them over winter till next spring? Thanks in advance

    They are as close to dormant as they get at the moment, so I would say it's the perfect time for moving, planting, potting or repotting them. :)
    A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

    Thanks for that, will have a go at transplanting them in the coming week and keep fingers crossed!
