Plant ID on behalf of my mum!

My mum has had this plant flowering all summer and would like to know what it is. She's fond of buying struggling plants on a whim so it probably never had a label. Either that or she list it. I told her you guys can identify anything!

Thanks in advance

Robert

Could be some sort of Dianthus.

  • Foliage definitely looks right. I did think Marguerite myself but the flowers look very different. The pics I've just looked at online all have very open daisy flowers. But you could be right.

  • Thank you all. I think that one's solved. I'll let her know.

What’s done in America doesn’t always work here.
