Bugs in Houseplant Soil

I’ve noticed lots of these bugs in the soil of my cheese plant. The plant is kept indoors and was infested with fungus gnats around a month ago, which I thought I had gotten rid of using nematodes. Is this more fungus gnats or a different insect? The bugs are very small, white with legs and antennae. I’ve attached a couple of photos below. Many thanks in advance!
