Help with identification

Hi,
This trailing plant with silvery/furry type leaves was in my window boxes for summer but it still seems to be flourishing. Could anyone advise what it is? And if it is an all year plant? Will it survive winter if I relocate it to the garden or tubs? It seems a shame to loose it.
Many thanks
Jo

It looks like Helichrysum petiolare Silver.  I would cut it back and overwinter it on a sunny windowsill.  It is a tender perennial - and pretty enough to keep.
Gardening in East Suffolk on dry sandy soil.
