Please help identify?!

Can anyone tell me what these are popping up all over my lawn please? They seem to appear and then go black and mouldy.

    Possibly one of the slime moulds. Dog's vomit slime mould often starts off looking similar.

    Thanks so much, it has taken me a few weeks to determine it isn’t actual dogs vomit from my dog and is just appearing on it’s own. ☺️
