Anyone identify this pretty shrub?

It was outside the restaurant,/pub we go to, about 2.5 MTR tall, quite bushy. I don't think that the flower spike are properly "out" yet. They almost look like wisteria.

    Flowers are fully open , you can see the stamens.

    Oh that's weird,I had a nandina domestica it had nice autumn colours,but no flowers. Thank you anyway.

    Apparently needs sun to flower.
    Suspect it was grown in Holland from a green house and recently popped outside the pub.
    Do look out for the red berries.
    Pic below taken at Wisley... mid February.....they look big mature plants.

    I'll ask next time we go there,they must have a gardener. It's quite a big garden,very pretty. It's a good excuse to go again soon, haha
