Compact strimmer suggestions.

I’ve built a climbing frame for the kids in the garden. I thought I could just use the strimmer to keep the grass short around the posts, but it’s a real pain. My strimmer is pretty rubbish. I’ve been looking around but can’t find a good compact strimmer for all the fiddly corners.

Has any got any suggestions? Ideally cordless. Thanks

I don't know about strimmers but that is a splendid climbing frame!

I just use hand shears for fiddly bits. It's quicker and neater (and quieter) for most jobs.
If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.

Magnificent climbing frame! I use shears too.

Thank you. I’ll have a look at shears. Looks like there are some electric ones with a long handle. That could work.
