Tomato feed smells of pure amonia

FireFire Posts: 19,096
I have two bottles of tomato feed and it seems to have suddenly turned to ammonia. Should I toss it out? I can't imagine the active ingredients have changed that much over a year...  Thanks

I've had Tomorite for a couple of years in the garage and that still smells normal.
If it smells strongly of ammonia, I'd chuck it

I would trickle feed it into the compost bin over the winter.

Just, that's what I was thinking - like peeing on the bin.
