Hypericum in side of path

Hi I seem to have an issue with seedlings of hypericum rooted between soil and concrete path. They are so touch I can’t get them out without breaking, any ideas what I can spray to really kill them!?
They are sprouting everywhere but I can did them out in the bed. Annoying there’s one cone up between a big shrub too.
