Unidentified bulbs

I am pulling perennial weeds out of my new (only since March) garden and finding white bulbs, some elongated. I think that they're bluebells and am happy to replant them in a wilder area, but is it possible to identify the difference between English and Spanish bulbs?

    Good question - your bulbs sound like Bluebells but I don't know whether you can tell the difference between native and Spanish just by the bulbs.
    Hopefully someone may know :)
