Have the peppers missed their chance?

Well, it seems like such a waste, but the season has truly.turned and the biggest peppers I’ve managed to produce are about 4cm tall. Any advise to save them or shall I just turn to my 2022 plans ?

It's too cold outside now for peppers and by the look of it, it's not feasible to put them onto a sunny windowsill indoors
I'd pick what you have and use them green/yellow.
I slice mine into thin half-rings then freeze them on a baking tray and bag them.
You can add them to soups, casseroles, stir frys, pizza, focaccia etc

'Fraid so.  Mine are all demolished and the ground has been  dug over.  The surplus fruit  is in the fridge or blitzed to make a puree.  Fry them with onions then puree with a little oil and freeze.  S&P of course.
