ID of green barked maple

suziiisuziii Posts: 19
Does anyone know of this small tree? The bark is even rings of bright green colour all round (and not just on the north side) I've just moved into a new garden so need to know if it's evergreen or not as I shall need to prune it to the severe shape.
Thanks

Ok, thanks but how do I do that?
  • You click on the icon above that shows a mountain in a square. You then download from your saved photos and attach.

If it is a maple, it is deciduous.

If you keep the photos under about 1MB they'll load more readily too @suziii  :)

However, I'd echo what @fidgetbones said - maples are deciduous.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
