Cauliflower Problem

Hi All, I hope you have sunshine this afternoon wherever you are!  Can any of you help with this problem.  It looks like a fungus but is not on the others.  Is it doomed?  I try not to have waste and will always try to keep as much as possible.  Thank you in advance.  Vicky

Cauliflowers are related to purple sprouting broccoli.  You can even get purple forms of cauliflower.  All that has happened is a bit of cross-pollination somewhere in the ancestry of your cauliflower.

It's perfectly safe to eat.  :)

Looks a jolly fine cauli by the way.  Congratulations ... they're not easy to grow.

  • That is great news, thank you!  This is our first year of growing vegetables, so far so good so thank you for your input.  Enjoy the rest of your afternoon.  Vicky.
