Black spot on Rose

I'm 90% sure this is a "Super Fairy" rambling rose. It has been plagued by black spot all season. I've been removing affected leaves, which at one point was almost all of them. As I recently discovered, hard pruning rambling roses will spoil the next season. I don't want to use chemicals, but I have tried rose clear. I don't know if it did anything, and it says use only 4 times a year. So, do I really have to remove all these leaves?

Some roses just get black spot. I don't bother removing all the leaves, just the really bad ones. They are usually OK in early summer and get worse in autumn. I've found that if a rose is well fed and watered it suffers less from disease.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
