Thank you for your thoughtful comments, Pete.
Yes, it is, but I have learned that doing nothing, or just hoping it goes away, doesn't work - such folk are just emboldened. They need putting back in their box. There's been 18 years of on-off issues, and they've already been given a 'cease and desist' around 13 years ago.
This forum has been great - it's surprising how the first reaction to an event like this is "What the hell do I do about this?! Where do I start?!"
And, once you start, you find that Covid - understandably - is slowing everything down.
I think I'll get there, tho'...
    Thanks.

Yes good luck @PnD. How horrid if you have 'neighbour issues' - I hope they can be resolved.
Heaven is ... sitting in the garden with a G&T and a cat while watching the sun go down
  • @PnD yes, sympathies for the difficult situation. At the risk of stating the obvious, have you collected and preserved samples of leaves etc? Just a thought that you don't want them out in the open getting washed by rain, breaking down etc.

Collected yes, bagged yes, preserved no. They are now quite brown...
Between this and other antisocial behaviour - which I can pretty much demonstrate was carried out as harassment revolving around the tree issue - I am confident he will be, at the very least (and is all I'm after) given a further, more formal, C&D order. Which I will hold him to, 100%.
