  I know absolutely nothing about them, but at a guess - a succulent of some kind, but @wild edges is very knowledgeable on these, so he may be able to help if he sees my tag

  Pics of Senecio radicans show it to have alternate leaves...which rules it out.
  
  While Delosperma does have opposite leaves.
